Sydney Hot Rod & Custom Auto Expo 2016

The 2016 Sydney Hot Rod & Custom Auto Expo at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, featuring the esteemed United Supply Co. as a special guest, showcased an impressive array of Australia’s most exquisite lowriders, bikes, and bombs.

While I regretfully left my camera behind, my trusty iPhone stepped up to capture the essence of this remarkable event. From the gleaming chrome to the roaring engines, the expo was a testament to the passion and dedication of the custom hot rod community.

Each vehicle on display told a story of meticulous craftsmanship and countless hours of labour poured into every curve and detail. It’s not just about building cars; it’s about forging bonds within a community united by their love for custom automotive artistry. There were cars on display inside the pavilion as well as outside, and while it’s hard to say exactly how many cars were on display, it was truly an impressive amount.

The Hot Rod & Custom Auto Expo served as a gathering place for enthusiasts to share stories, exchange ideas, and marvel at the ingenuity and creativity on display. It’s more than just a showcase; it’s a celebration of the camaraderie and spirit that defines the custom hot rod culture.
